About Me:: Having been a self-taught nutritionist, I am passionate about the health benefits of raw foods. I love creating raw food meals, sharing the healthy lifestyle, and helping others make the necessary changes to improve their health.

Relationship Status:: Married

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: purple-green smoothies, raw-sagna, and my very own Raw4Healing Energy Bars!

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: I'm looking forward to becoming a certified raw food chef this June. I'm also a web developer and graphic artist. I love being with my family, and grandchildren. I also enjoy gardening, photography, videography, playing piano and guitar. I attend the local raw food potluck each month here in Kansas City. My husband is enjoying being my 'guinea pig' for my raw creations, especially since he's lost over 30 pounds and decreased his asthma meds by half! YAY!

Favorite Books or Authors:: Lots of books, of course, about raw food recipes and preparation. I prefer educational books over fiction.

Bryan Au is Coming to My House For a Raw Food Chef Certification Class!

That’s right! I’m hosting a Raw Food Chef Certification class in my home here in North Kansas City, on June 13th for three days, with Bryan Au as our teacher! Several other students have already pre-paid, and I expect this class will fill up fast - and I’m so very excited! We will learn so many wonderful raw food preparation secrets from Bryan, AND we’ll get our Raw Food Chef Certification!! Don’t worry, I’ll get pictures, and hopefully do some videos, too!

I just taught 2 people last week, and also more people next week and 4 people in Maryland in April, I am having so much fun with it and people really love it too!:)

I have met SO MANY great people and new friends from Kansas City, I think you live in a AMAZING CITY with so many super cool and nice people I can hardly wait to meet everyone and teach my Raw Chef Certification Class! I taught 2 nice ladies last week in Redlands, CA and they had a LOT OF FUN they really loved it and they thanked me for teaching them a lot of new things they didn't know about. They have been making RAWmazing Raw Food for their family and friends since and also starting their own RAW Food Delivery Business so I am really happy. Some of the new things they really liked was the Blendtec Blender, they both bought a Vita Mix before signing up for my class because they "thought" that was what all Raw Foodists use, but after taking my class and using the Blendtec they knew it was much better, superior and even a better price since I have great discounts they both bought one and I am really happy because food/smoothies/soups/dressings and everything comes out Professional and higher quality! Next is my new Ceramic Knives they were really impressed with them and Kat bought some too I am really happy when people get THE BEST Products/Equipment at the BEST PRICES because their food will be THE BEST also and it makes making RAW food really fun when you have high end pro equipment, but I make it totally cheap, affordable and accessible for EVERYONE! Thank you so much Lauren I have connected with super sweet and nice people and can hardly wait to meet and teach everyone!:)
