Hello everyone, I am a university student from Montreal Canada. I have been raw on and off for the last 7 years. I have experienced both extremes of diets; the heavy bodybuilding diets as I prepared myself for fitness competitions and the raw approach. This year I made the commitment to train for the next competition except that this time I will go raw. The next competition is June 21st 2008. I know it is a far stretch as I have about 20 lbs to loose and get myself stage ready but I have decided that this is the year that I break the protein myth. I will have my progress posted with before and after pictures and hopefully have my website running by the time I am done.

Hi ... I used to be into the whole body sculpting scene and eating a body builders diet. Now that I look back on that way of eating I just cringe .. especially when I think of the supplements I used to take every day as well to rev up my metabolism, etc. I think there should be more personal trainers out there who are knowledgeable about raw foods. I look forward to watching your progress. you are an inspiration !!! Chris (NZ)
Awesome!! you can do it for sure! I used to compete in fitness shows! The last one I did was Fitness America in LA and I felt amazing and was in incredible shape and I found my recovery was so much faster too! :)

I can't wait to hear and see your progress. I train with a body bulider who is always trying to get me to "just eat chicken" YUCK!!!
I can run three miles and lift for an hour just eating raw foods! I'd love to get her off my back! Really though she's great and supportive of me it's just funny when she suggests a "whey" protien substitute.

I can run three miles and lift for an hour just eating raw foods! I'd love to get her off my back! Really though she's great and supportive of me it's just funny when she suggests a "whey" protien substitute.
