About Me:: I love raw food, and the closer I am to 100 percent raw the more I begin to feel like I am seeing the colors and beauty of the world more intensely than ever! Eating raw is like living in the magic of life! I do however find it challenging at times, but gradually as I learn more and more it gets easier!! When I am doing it right the energy that I feel makes it totally worth it!! :)

What type of friends are you looking to make here?: Any! I love friends! You can't have too many!!

Favorite Raw Food or Dish:: raw hempseed milkshakes, cacao, kiwi, fruit, green smoothies

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: teaching tennis, University of Colorado (Go Buffs!!), Vegoose, being a free spirit, snowboarding, hiking, the ocean, days where I feel like I really am having the time of my life, trying to be a good person, learning more about consciousness on this site and anywhere else I can find info (if you've got recommendations I would love them!), so much more.....

I'm teaching Why Raw? (Intro) class this Sunday, Aug 10th in Littleton. I know Boulderites won't come out to Denver for anything, but it would be lovely to connect.

Thank you for your kind words regarding my creations. I do feel as though I am guided as spirit to create for the world. I wish to heal those who need healing through art. Music is another love of mine as well. I am working on some songs at the moment and me and my husband will eventually have a cd created. He is a genius in the recording studio that he created in a spare room in our house.
