I have just got back from visiting family and friends in GB and in tuther part of France where Hubby's family lives. As much as we enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful time visiting and having fun, I am also SO happy to be back at our pad so I can get back to my RAW lifestyle without the guilt/pressure/scrutiny from thoses who don't quite understand it all.
Don't get me wrong, we have loving and caring family, but, due to them mostly not understanding or wanting to understand the whole 'RAW' t…

Thank you for your kind note. You surely have a way with words, you are beautiful, and if there's any way I can help you as you begin your raw journey please do not hesitate to ask.

My daughter is living in Paris for the year... she's a student. I will be going over in February for awhile. I'm terrified about trying to stay raw over there.. any suggestions for good restaurants or tips on how to stay healthy while in Paris?
pleasure to meet you,
where abouts in France are you? hows life treating you?
Im planning on visiting Spain soon and might bike it thro the south of France?
Viva la RAW lol
peace
thanks! I am a chef in a small town in Ontario, Canada. I see that you're a pastry chef in France! that is so awesome - I used to want to go that route after culinary school, because I had so much more fun making desserts. Decided against it because of the unhealthy nature of traditional pastries, but I still highly respect anyone who does it :)
How long have you been into raw? you must create amazing things! :)
How are you? How is your journey into raw progressing? and your husband? It's getting very wintery here, and I admit to being fed up with the endlessly rainy days and cold. We bought heaters though so now it is not so bad. Silly to sit and shiver when really it is lovely to be warm! Ian and I are off to Glasgow for a week - we have a big country fair to attend with our Skin Foods - I'm looking forward to it. We don't see many people where we are, and its always fun to go and connect with others every so often. Wishing you joy and love of good food and good company!
Thanks for commenting!!
Yes, they sure are... although it's not as easy to find *special* raw products here, the local organic produce is brilliant and here in Geneva we even have a Raw Pot luck!!! (come down any time to meet up with us :D !!)
Are there any raw foodies around were you live?
my Dad made the sundryer maybe 10 years ago, just by looking at a picture in a magazine ad! Unfortunately he's passed on now. It's great - although at the moment I haven't had enough sun to use it. It makes the best essene bread, and keep all the bugs off it. I do know dad painted the inside with black eco paint. You could probably do some research on the internet and either find constructed ones or plans. I do love it, the taste and vitality of the food is very different.
I will be in France Nov 1st can you suggest and where to go get raw food?
Any Organic health Foods stores?
Thank RawgirlTKC
At Dr. Anne Wigmore's, she told me that in the spirit of independence (which should be important to everyone) every person should always massage their own whole body every day of their life. It keeps one in touch with every part of their body, keeps each part in shape, etc. Massaging the abdomen helps keep abdominal organs in working order and assists healing.
lol, :) Thank you for the question,
Good health to you,
RawZi <3
Ne t'en fais pas, pas de lézard.
J'ai trouvé d'autres photos... j'aimais juste bcp l'atmosphère de ton escapade aux sports d'hiver.
A+
