- About Me:
- I've been raw since September 2006. Started out at about 70% raw and have gradually worked my way up from there. I maintain a farely high raw indulgence....I'd say that I teeter between 80% and 90% raw by typical standards because I do drink herbal teas on a daily basis. Lemon with Ginger, Peppermint, Chamomile and Lavendar teas are my favorite. On some weekends I may have a cooked vegan meal or two.
That aside, I am currently 100% honest with myself about how good this meatless lifestyle makes me feel.... I've lost 50 pounds and now easily maintain my ideal body weight.. Through eating this way, I have recovered from fibromyalgia syndrome, a hypoactive thyroid, fibrocystic breasts, and PMS to name a few.
I live in Los Angeles, CA (hailing from Newark, NJ). I'm a colon hydrotherapist and Living On Live Foods Instructor who is passionate about healing, wellness and helping others to experience the same. I also am a singer who sings what she lives. Avocado bliss!
Yesterday, I received the greatest gift from a colon hydrotherapy client couple. They have an avocado tree in their yard and gave me seven of the most beautiful ORGANIC avocados. I was jazzed out of my mind!!! Do You hear what I'm saying!!! You would have thought that I hit the lottery or something!!!
It's funny 'cause just a few days ago, my husband shared with me that he was talking with fellow co-workers about Valentine's Day. Someone asked if he got me flowers and chocolate for V-D…

I'll be arriving into LAX on the 5th of September, IA (if God wills) and I would love to touch down and go to a great Raw resturant, can you recommend a good one. I'm originally from Riverside! Glad to have brought you back in!
