About Me:: I have been toying with the idea of going raw vegan for a couple of years and have finally committed to it! Currently a student of public health in real life... I am always looking for interesting raw/organic/optimal living ideas to research in depth.

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: public health, yoga, healing arts, the human condition, laws of life, ways of the Universe...

Favorite Books or Authors:: The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, Zen Mind Beginner's Mind, Dancing with Life by Phillip Moffit, The Power of Now, novels by Haruki Murakami and Philip Roth...
