That's great that you're going into nursing! I didn't go to Mohawk or Mac, but I hear both have good programs.

Do you know about the retreat in Orangeville in July by Journeys for the Soul? It's from July 16-20th....I think you'd be interested because of your interest in wilderness, foraging, etc...David Wolfe is going to be doing a wild food nature walk and there will be a sweat lodge ceremony.
