i do go to the gym but i also mix it up by going to the park and just doing bodyweight exercises like pushups, dips, pull-ups ect.

for pre/post workout fuel ...umm pre-workout something lighter like a few pieces of fruit or a light smoothie, could be a greenie.... but don't go to crazy with heavy fat's before(my preference) and try to wait at least an hour after eating it to workout that way your body has had a chance to digest it.... if you want you can workout in the mourning before breakfast and when i do that it will be like light cardio and bodyweight exercises ...if that's the case, while i'm working out, i'll drink a master clease drink ( 2 lemons 2tbs honey or agave, 2-4 pinches of cayenne 1 liter water) this is the fastest way to get ripped do some light exercise for an hour or so ( like power walking is perfect and pushups situps)

for post workout that's when you can do that avocado pudding, or an awesome postworkout green smoothie is 2-3 oranges, 1 lemon or lime, and as much kale or chard or spinach ect. as you can stand the lemon or lime hide the green taste so well,,, you can subst. oranges for whatever you like and add in maca or anything else

um umm now that i'm back to my norm,,, i basically live off green smoothies ... i do snack a lot on grapefruits, oranges, apples, figs, and what ever other fresh fruit is in the house.

i guess i don't really have trouble with losing to much weight since i went raw ... i did as a vegan, and vegetarian but no longer... the only thing about raw is it makes me bulk up too fast which is what i was trying to counteract with the 811 thing

i do like to consume a good bit of fat but at lunch so i can have the rest of the day to burn it...

a really awesome way to get some good fatt in is with a avo-pudding smoothie - here's one of my favorites!!!!

1 avocado,1 (peach or apple or orange or figs,,, what ever it''s all good!!!) 2 tbs of cacao 1 tbs of mesquite, spirulina, bee pollen maybe some raisens and coconut oil SOOOO filling

Wow, got a love a guy that can dance ^-^! Which type of dance, do you like best?

I am thinking of getting into to dance, in a hardcore way. I've always been a pretty alright dancer, its just I never had the strength or energy to be amazing before, I am really amped to work on it now that I am raw ^-^.

Where were you living before you came to Cali? I am so jealous, its all gloomy over the pond ^-^!
