Did you ever read Genefit Nutrition? Your comment about how raw keeps you connected to spirit reminded me of how I felt that when reading that book. Eating is a sensual experience but people think about it and analyze it so much. I think that's why they, in their own words, "fall off the wagon". Sat Nam, Gary
Your picture with the figs makes me sad that I live on the east coast, the only figs we get here are really bruised and mushy and cost $1.99 a piece :(
