Body Fat Percentages and Food Choices
How do I get body fat percentage down? Doug Graham’s book states that it should be in the 24-28% range for women and I’d like to reach that level. I currently measure it with my scale that has that feature.
Do I need to lift weights in order for that to happen? I’m really not into weight lifting, I’m more into aerobic exercise. Is there something diet-wise that I can do to reduce body fat percentage. Do I have to eliminate fats altogether in order to see my numbers go down? No more avocados :(
I am mostly raw and I do still feel that I need to lose just a few more pounds, but I don't think that will change it much. :(
Any ideas?
