bring on 27th I am so needing inspirational talk and food.
far too many temptations surrounding my soul at the moment.

interesting I EFT'd my angel for her eating the other day
and then yesterday had my worst binge for years - on bourborn biscuits
just because they were there after a meeting at work.
and they tasted aweful !*#!!!*$#!!.

how strange aw'ful means impressive or dreadful
how strange the way it is spelt as well
