we hold raw q&a sessions at healthfood shops

at any of these events you will:

-receive a selection of yummie raw food samples including chocolate and pudding
-hear a short talk about why raw
-and some of the pitfalls of cooked food
-see a mini raw food preparation demo
-get to ask questions about the raw / living foods lifestyle
-hear answers to yours and other peoples questions
-receive some of the purest, raw toiletry samples
-receive a free copy of the hugely informative, clearly written, no nonsense, raw magazine, 'get fresh!' (worth £3.95) to take home

investment for each evening is £10 in advance, £15 on the door
