heya folks,

because you guys keep asking and because we had such fun last time, nicola and i are holding some more raw food way of life q&a evenings...

this time, if you fancy emailing me any questions before hand, do, especially if you have already been to one of the evenings.

its still fascinating stuff and everyone has the right to know that, ice cream, biscuits, bread, chocolate, cake, curry, pizza and infinitely more, can be actively good for our health.

again due to what you lovely people have been asking for, im going to be doing some more personal raw lifestyle workshops/evenings, which i can tailor to what you might like.

the workshops can happen either at mine, where i have raw food prep equipment, ingredients and reference info etc or at yours where we can work with what you have at home for example. we can cover anything from purely q&a to practical food prep demos and anything surrounding or in between. simply email or call me and we can take it from there...

the general raw food way of life q&a evenings are taking place on tuesday 21st & wednesday, 22nd july from 8pm until 10pm-ish

at the shop on the hill, 7 harefield road, brockley, se4 1lw
which is 2 mins walk from brockley over ground station in zone 2, just two stops from london bridge.
