I think that most of the kids coming in now are crystals. The Indigos came in to pave the way for them.

Ok well I have heard of both but I am unsure of the difference exactly, someone used the words interchangeably with me so I was a bit confused.

It also might be worth noting that Doreen Virtue is big into raw foods (the woman who is famous for talking with the angels).
