I've read countless posts and blogs about different experiences with good raw chocolate, and the "high" that goes with it, due in part to good quality tryptophan.
now, I've eaten my fair share of raw chocolate and have supplemented with decent amounts of the tryptophan in the past, and still have YET to get any type of high off of cacao.
the brands perhaps? Or is it more of a personal thing? Because when I'm eating raw chocolate, the only thing that happens to me, is either me wanting to eat more, or go fall asleep in the shade somewhere.
