This is a post For those of you who have this book. I just recently got this book and love it! I just made the Chocolate banana shake for me and my kids and it was to die for! I also think the 30-second nut milk is ingenius. I wish I had seen a recipe that uses raw nut butters before today. It sure saves a lot of time!
Are there any other recipes in this book that you guys love and are must trys! I tried the spicy peanut coconut noodles already and that was fabulous as well!

i made the candied walnuts and have been eating them out of the dehydrator like mad! they taste like the best cinnamon buns EVER - everything good about the bun just without the bun part? sure!
They are my favorites! Matthew Kenney also has another book. And I am addicted to Pure Food & Wine and Pure Juice & Take-Away, both of which are totally right on my walk to the subway (unfortunately for my wallet!!)
My favorite recipe out of the book (and for that matter, of all time) is the Spicy Thai Wraps. It's so spicy, sweet, salty, tangy, nutty! I'd make it more, but raw almond butter is so expensive!
raw food real world is like my bible.. whenever i'm going to someones house, and i'm bringing raw food to eat, and i know there'll be questions, i always tug that along just because the book is beautiful. so when i get the questions, i hand them the book, and it's like the light is turned on, they can't get over how good everything looks, and that its more than salads.
i agree though, the spicy thai wraps are amazing and a personal fave.. and the shakes are great! next on my list though are the beet raviolis and tacos.. they look so good!!
I ordered my book through Amazon.com and saved money. I was going to go to borders to get it but it was $10.00 more and I got free shipping when I ordered a couple books
I saw this book randomly in Barnes and Noble, bought it on Amazon and was almost instantly at least 50% raw. Now i'm working my way up to 60, 70, etc..
But this book started it all, all the recipes are so fantastic, any other book has a lot to live up to, I hope you enjoy it!
I made the 30 second nut milk with raw almond butter.. fantastic. I also made the Chocolate Pudding.. which had more of a sauce consistency.. but was still fantastic.
I actually bought the book a few years ago, vowing it would be the last raw book I ever bought (that vow didn't hold up!) But I'm a lot more careful now about which books I buy.. whereas I use to buy every new raw book that came out.
