Hi lovely Rawies!! Namaste :)
I know lots of you have read or are reading the Anastasia series by Vladimir Megre. I have the Raw community to thank for showing me those wonderful spiritual texts.
I was wondering what you think about Anastasia's views regarding "sex" .. it seems to me she teaches that sex should only be for procreation, and that the act itself is sacred and nothing like what we experience today. In fact, the word "sex" itself cannot describe what she talks about (co-creation of a child).
The reason I ask is, we obviously live in a world where sex is at the forefront of relationships for a lot of people. I have always believed in sex for procreation (which developed from no sex outside of marriage belief- not a religion based decision, just a kind of "gut feeling" for me) and have read a lot of spiritual texts which I sometimes agree with and sometimes disagree with.. it seems most religions or spiritual followings have their own variations on similar ideas. I don't believe in the whole sex is sinful or "bad" etc idea though, I think it is a natural part of human existence, but it has warped into something else in this modern age.
However, naturally this makes it hard to have committed romantic relationships because most males do not believe in sex for only procreation, and even if they do on a theoretical level, would find it hard to practise. Unless they are fundamentalists of some sort and well.. I don't think I'd have anything in common with them!
Any comments or suggestions? I would love to know what you guys think about sex, procreation, relationships... and whether you agree or disagree with Anastasia's teachings. I would provide a quote but I don't have the books with me right now!
Thanks guys :)
xo Peace, Light and Love
