Does anybody have trouble with rosacae? My skin has improved since I have started to change my lifestyle to raw living. I am only about 50%. That doesn't sound like much, but I notice such a difference! My skin looks better, but I would like to know if there are some secrets to getting rid of rosacae that I do not know about and especially that my dermatologist won't tell me or doesn't know about. As we progress towards summer I will gradually increase my daily raw intake.

Also, plain rosewater is cooling and soothing. I would avoid any spicy foods or spices, and if there's anyone in your area the does electrodermal screening (also called bio-energetic testing and QXCI or SCIO), it would be good to have some food sensitivity testing done.
I've never used skin cream, unless you count what I used under foundation for a couple of jobs.

Moisture Formula Drink (copyright Aajonus Vonderplanitz) 1 to 2 raw pastured whole eggs
2 to 4 ounces unsalted raw grass grazed butter or coconut cream
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh organic lemon juice

I do it this way about twice per week. I substitute other fruit for the lemon the rest of the time or just skip the fruit. I don't always eat any meat either.
