I made a green juice and managed to leave my common sense back on the pillow.....
it was mustard greens, ginger, celery, a cucumber, and some lime juice.
It just about blew my head off. Was a nice change from the normal "banana-and-" smoothies i usually drink.
hey hey! been a while! i've been making a lot of smoothies with parsley lately, today was pineapple, parsley and a banana. this week we had a lot of guavas so it was parsley, guava, and tangerine juice.
i like the parsley taste, it's even better with a handful of mint....
i had some leftover fruit salad from a party that i added to kale in my smoothie which included: kiwi, strawberries, blackberry, blueberry, melons, grapes, and mint. Possibly the best smoothie I have had yet! Now Im drinking a medley of berries, kale and banana.
