that's funny, this morning I started reading a book about the gall flush that I bought some months ago but never read it and now wanted to give it a try, too. I'm looking forward for anyone who shares his or her experiences with us .... many thanks!
Hola,
I did a simple gallstone flush back as a meateater. I had an attack (where one gets stuck) and talk about the worst paint ever. The doctors told me I had an ulcer and gave me pain pills, so I went to the internet and found a cleanse that is only olive oil (1 liter bottle) and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
I've done it twice and it worked great both times.
Goes like this: No food after 12 noon the day of your cleanse (have the next day or two free after cleanse)
At 7 pm that day, start drinking olive oil and chase it with lemon juice. Drink 1 cup every 15 minutes chased by a big shot of lemon juice. Drink the oil until its gone. It takes about 3 hours and this cleanse will take some willpower and you will not want to taste or smell olive oil for a while after, but works great and will make you feel very young again (if you have gallstones). You can add a glass of pineapple juice here and there if you like. When you wake up in the morning, you may go poo right away or it may take a minute, but when you go, it won't be poo, it will be green balls (my experience). After you drop the nonsense, you will feel years younger instantly. Its wild. Not really sure what it will do for you if you are a healthy raw vegan - but surely worth doing.
I know there are more complicated ones that use salts and add a few more steps than this one, but when doing this, its sucks... bad. So I chose the simplest, quickest, easiest one and it worked wonders so I never tried the more complicated ones...
Note: The 2nd time I did this I could only handle about 2/3 of the oil before I quit. It still worked though. It is a quite task to drink a liter of oil by the glassful...
Hi, I've been doing 'the amazing liver/gall bladder flush' by Andreas Moritz since September 07. I've had stones come out and other times just a lot of silt/gunk. Once you start them, you have to keep going otherwise you can end up with symptoms as more of the stones move forward. I've started taking chanca piedra in between flushes to help dissolve stuff. I do them about once every 3-4 weeks.
Sometimes I have felt good after them, other times I don't notice much. Still lots of clearing to do. My partner is also doing them. We're about 14 flushes in and continuing with the process. If you think that's alot, some people have been known to do 84!
To remove them all. You don't want them loosening and causing obstructions. The book also said to do colonics to clean your colon well after the flush because the stones can get lodged and they are highly toxic. They are cool to look at though. It's cool to know I'm getting major toxic material out of my body. The book is very informative. I wouldn't do the flush without having read most of it.
Apparently it's been tested by drinking beetroot dye with the flush mixture. All the stones were tinted on the outside but when cutting them open they were not discoloured.
I hear Russians (make and) drink beetroot kvass to deal with their gallstones. Have you heard about/tried beet-kvass? It makes sense as lemons might not grow well by them, and cultured beet is tart tasting somewhat like lemon.
rawzi-
that is so interesting- as i had a beetroot celery carrot juice the other day and passed gallstones the next morning! i did a double take because i couldn't believe that's what i saw, but they were identical to the ones i passed over a year go on my first olive/lemon cleanse. beet in the past has had a powerful, rapid effect on my liver. i didn't commence a full archeological excavation, but there looked to be at least 10 or twelve between pea and edamamae size.
Ok, so I just did one. But so you guys can learn from my craziness - and have a better time of it than I did, I put up my *cough* learning experience here.
