Since these foods are in the house, I am tempted and do eat them sometimes... I live with my husband and his brother. My hubby and I were doing okay until his brother moved in... food wise. Now that his brother is here, there is soda - which I don't touch, candy, chips, cheese.... the normal stuff you would eat on the SAD diet.
Well, I just indulged in a few reeces peanut butter cups - I had tried to avoid them... but I love chocolate and even though I have raw chocolate in the house, I had a few anyways.
I know that eating raw is the best way of life for me - but sometimes I find it hard to stick with because I have all of these other foods in my refrigerator, cupboards, and countertops... and at times, I give in and have them... I was just hoping someone had a little advice for me - a tactic to help me not indulge... something to help me stay on track and to find my discipline once again.
Anyone, any help would be appreciated!! Thank you~!
