I would love some input on what you all feel the place of drinking dried raw greens versus fresh squeezed ones is?
I find that due to time constraints it is really easy for me to drink down a glass or two of Vitamineral green, but much harder to find time to juice. I worry though that the VMG probably isn't a substitute for green juice, ....more of a supplement too and that I really need to be doing both if possible.
after drinking a glass of fresh green juice i feel awesome, like all light and happy and stuff. the powdered stuff just doesnt do it for me, but i do take it with me when i travel and substitute my green juice with it.
