It helps clean and nourish the colon and liver, etc. Yes, I've done them. Write to me if you have questions. I'm not an expert, but I can give valuable pointers.
I did them when I was starting on raw one of the first times. I am meaning 100% raw, sunflower greens, stuff like that. I did around 4oz at a time. It was like 20 - 45 minutes, at which time it's pretty much all absorbed into the body. Have you tried it yet? It was impossible for me to do the first time, before I got advice from someone who had good experience. I'm very grateful.
I did it last night, about 4 ounces but I couldn't hold it in so before I released, I got on my inversion table for 10 minutes and it all got absorbed. I don't know if I felt great this morning because of that or because of the amazing hour long reflexology session I got last night. I think the latter.
I had to stand on my head for that not to happen. Wheatgrass juice feels burning hot inside. At least I did it alone in the staffers bathroom, and had cleaning supplies at hand.
lol, I'm sorry. I was being irresponsible writing it that way. It wasn't exactly burning up my bottom, it was really like just too hot to hold for me.
It was so nice, the (water) enema really did me good, and the syringe of wheatgrass juice was brought to me like I was some sort of wheatgr ass princess, explained and all. I'm not sure what it did for me positive except for nourish, and did nothing negative.
Wheatgrass juice actually does kind of feel like burning if you put it on a cut, scrape, abrasion, whatever. Although it kind of feels like alcohol, it helps heal it like vitamins ++++. It's amazing. I've seen it help reattach semi severed finger parts, close up deep puncture wound dog bites in hours or a day, etc. You should never need it, but if you do need it, I shouldn't be putting it down after I tried it, and it did me no harm.
Coffee, that's really disgusting, so many chemicals, why soak it into a colon. Uncooked it is, cooked coffee doesn't bring health past the initial warming or whatnot.
Hi I used implants every day for a year when I had cancer it cleanses the lower bowel and you get the benefits of wheat grass fo a short while. you should only hold it for less than 30 mins as it becomes toxic. love and light Jenny
Maybe it's like a slantboard? I've tried gravity boots on some type of an inversion table. Not for me, and I was young and healthy, so I doubt it would be better for me now. I would like to try a rainbow body bridge, and maybe buy one.
When I was at the Optimum Health Institute, we did wheatgrass implants all the time with our enemas/colonics. I found it extremely healing and intense. After the enema/colonic, we'd put 4oz. in right after and another 4 oz. an hour later. We would try to hold as long as 20 minutes, though I generally could only hold for 2-10 minutes. Some people could hold it in until it just disappeared and got totally absorbed into the tissues of the colon.
Wheatgrass is a miracle plant, and an extremely powerful healer.. People would also take the roughage produced from the juicing and use it as a poultice to dissolve tumors, heal cuts, draw out toxins, etc..
