I have a hard time finding out about proper food combining.
Do you know what fruits and vegetables can be eaten together, which ones musn't be eaten together and all that ?

I know mono meal is always the best and but I know I won't do it all the time so I'd rather know what the best combinations are.
I started not too long ago and right now I'm struggling with my fat consumption, I'm doing my best, am getting better at it and heading toward mono but am not perfect just yet !
It's a little hard for me to understand you, as english is not my first language and you use a lot of words I don't know like : pizz, cruz'n champ, but I guess I understand what you mean.
The thing is I really can see how I could make a meal out of let's say kiwifruit or lettuce, or even apples, can you ?
Definitely! It seems strange before you try it but you get used to it very quickly. I'm mono about 90% of the time and don't have trouble with it now that I'm following 811rv.
It's definitely easiest with fruit, I had to get used to doing it with greens.
How many times a day do you eat? I know a lot of people suggest many different things, but I prefer being mono and the best way for me to stay mono is a lot of small meals throughout the day. Usually it ends up being every 2 hours or so and about 100-200 calories at every meal. It's not for everyone but I wouldn't be able to do it any other way as I get full quite easily and need to make sure I get enough calories.
Good luck with the food combining! It was a hugely noticeable difference for me, then again, I was eating a lot of fatty foods before that and combining them with fruits so once I stopped doing that I definitely felt amazing.
Marine, the good way to go is by experimenting yourself, don't take too many advices from too many people, we all have different ways of digesting, we're all at different levels too...
Embrace your unique self and be happy with what feels good ! aslong as it's natural ,
