Ian Marber has a good portion on it in his book "Healing foods for mind and body".
Here is some of what he says:
Black currants, kiwi, cherries and rosehips are good sources of vitamin c - a natural antihistamine.
Quercetin is considered a good anti-inflammatory agent. it is found in blue-green algae such as spirulina and kelp. (I think you can also find it in small quantaties in cherries and red onions).
Ginger root is also a good natural anti-histamine.
I'll add raw meat, raw dairy and raw egg. I 'naturally' am very inflamed in many of my body tissues. I used to use the foods on the list, they weren't enough after a time, my inflammation persisted. The RAF's keep my inflammations away.
