So I'm pretty new to the Raw Diet, and without the bread and meats I'm used to eating on a regular basis, I'm finding myself feeling famished at certain points throughout the day. I work in casting for a production company, so the hours can be very long and unpredictable often with very little break time, so I don't have time to prepare stuff in the office or to run out and buy something.
I'll eat breakfast at home and than have a salad for lunch. I snack on fruits, veggies, and smoothies, that I bring in, but by day's end, I'm ravenous!
Any suggestions on how I can stay more sustained? I'm sure this will get better with time, as I get more used to my new diet, but any tips would be great!
