I welcome any and all of you to stop by once in a while and check out my sun food diet success system transformation. I have already blogged about the first two chapters http://bohocrush.com/blog/category/community/health/ it's just the beginning, but I have really been wanting to accomplish this for many years, and I finally feel so ready, eager, and delighted to march ahead, and see where the unknown takes me. I love adventures! every once in a while, I will be featuring recipes on my blog. I will show my pictures of me with the end result, maybe some production pictures, hopefully I will get it all together. anyways, most importantly, I want to be able to share any of your recipes if you would like me to. I will put a link to your blog, etc. whatever works for you. i love to promote others doing amazing things, and this will help share you with parts of the world that might not have ever gotten exposed to raw food before. I am so excited to share with everybody. feel free to email me at georgette@bohocrush.com, Currently I am looking for practical, easy, and quick recipes. Juices, salads, snacks (crunchy ones ;)), things that I can accomplish and create for two. One for myself and one for my roommate sarah. I do have a vita-mix, a dehydrator, a champion juicer, and a blender, and a food processor. I'm still learning the dehydrator, but am willing to do so. I welcome you also to stop by, add some knowledge, and share some support, and if you are new and on this journey like me, I welcome you to stop in, and gain some connection, we are all stronger as a community than as an individual. I look forward to playing with you. kisses georgette

Hi Georgette, nice page! I have just produced a lunchbox recipe book with quick and easy lunches for 1-2 people.
I don't mind if you put up one of my recipes as long as you link it to my website or profile at GITMR.

Hey! I have just finished reading The Sunfood Diet Success System for the first time. Amazing book! I am now about to go back and start working through it so I will be a couple of chapters behind but it would be good to share my experiences with a fellow traveller. Would that be cool with you? Much love and joy xxx

I made Zucchini chips and Cashew Queso for the raw food potluck at Rawjuvenation this weekend.

I cut the zucchini at a diagonal in ruffle style with a mandoline slicer. They dehydrated to about one third the original size. Ingredients are raw and organic of course.

6 zucchini (7 to 8 inch) sliced.
6 limes juiced.
2Tbs good salt, I used Himalayan.

Put zucchini slices in a large non-metallic bowl and pour in juice and sprinkle on salt. Toss lightly to get zucchini well covered. Let stand for ten to fifteen minutes tossing on occasion. Place slices on teflex sheets and dehydrate at 105 degrees for 5 hours. Then transfer the slices to the screens to finish drying. Approximately 24 more hours to get crispy. Store in a sealable bag.

Cashew Queso:
3c raw cashews (soaked overnight)
1/2 Med red bell pepper
1 Lime
1 Roma Tomato (deseeded, diced fine and pat excess juice out)
1/2 Med red onion (diced fine)
1/8-1/4 Habenero pepper
1 1/2tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin

Blend cashews with enough water to get thick consistency. Best with VitaMix, can use food processor.
Cut green off limes but leave on the white part. Blend habenero, lime, cayenne and cumin until well mixed. Stir in diced red onion and tomato.

I forgot to bring along some fresh cilantro. If I had it, I would have run about 1/4c in the VitaMix just so it was mixed and in small identifiable pieces and not turning the mix green. The VitaMix will heat up the mix a bit which is good in this case, just don't let it get hot.

Have fun and enjoy!
