Give it to me Raw

I'm so glad to see you speak on this. I have noticed that the excitement of stepping into the raw world for me was tainted when entering the raw world community online. It felt quite sad actually. I was expecting a community of sharing and I walked into a community of bashing. It put a very bad taste in my mouth to say the least. The ego really needs to be dropped and just let the love come through! Thanks again Philip

This is such an important statement! It is all about acceptance and helping people live a healthier life, right? What is healthy about making someone feel like a lesser mortal for having a cup of miso soup? I actually just warned my newly raw friend about judgmental raw extremists who think having a rice cracker is a sign of weakness. It is so much better for people to eat 85% raw than 2%, they should be praised for their efforts not made to feel unequal or substandard. I listen to my body and try to be the healthiest I can be, very raw, very consious but also very accepting. Thanks for speaking on this.

I find it's quicker to make four cuts, scaling the outer skin equally then pulling it away and thumping with a wooden spoon. Plus it's less of a mess and you don't lose any juice because none of the kernels are cut :) There are different varietie...
