I'm so glad to see you speak on this. I have noticed that the excitement of stepping into the raw world for me was tainted when entering the raw world community online. It felt quite sad actually. I was expecting a community of sharing and I walked into a community of bashing. It put a very bad taste in my mouth to say the least. This is such an important statement! It is all about acceptance and helping people live a healthier life, right? What is healthy about making someone feel like a lesser mortal for having a cup of miso soup? I actually just warned my newly raw friend about judgmental raw extremists who think having a rice cracker is a sign of weakness. It is so much better for people to eat 85% raw than 2%, they should be praised for their efforts not made to feel unequal or substandard. I listen to my body and try to be the healthiest I can be, very raw, very consious but also very accepting. Thanks for speaking on this.
