Holodynamic Intro
I don't know this lady and quite frankly, she's a bit annoying and her science is a bit off, but she's got the overall concept, and the horse illustration is spot on. This is for all you visual and auditory folks that don't want to read all the pages of info on the net that are much more accurate :)

- There is likely some overlap, but this is much more. Sure, frequencies are involved, but what is the source of the frequencies we naturally put out, and how can we alter these without a machine? That is what this deals with.

I don't think this exists for humans yet, unfortunately - but what I think would be the healthiest mattress (and virtually free of dust-mites, even bed-bugs which inflict some homes recently) for humans would be the same as the healthiest for pets...
