I am so glad I saw the 72 yr. old BB and vegan/raw! What are some of the raw doing that look so skinny?
This guy is encouraging as I do free weights and was concerned about getting too skinny, with my 85% raw.
Also, plan to step up my free weight program now! If I passed that man on the street, I would have thought he was in his 30's! I get some nice compliments and feel happy when someone thinks I'm in my 40's! So, now it's time for me to get more serious! Joan

I've met some hit chix on GITMR. Not satisfying in the least. Just the opposite. Most communication is self-defeating, accomplishes nothing. I would love it if people would leave me alone when I'm out and about. Anybody else?
