It's so true what you said about how in the beginning you're just eating pretty much anything and everything raw... and mixing everything. I am doing so much experimenting... which ends up in a lot of binge days. Ha. I'm sure plenty of people have similar experiences in the beginning.

perfect timing for me to see this. i KNOW i need to stay away from too much sweet... i thrive on greens and sea greens. I KNOW for MY body - that that is what i need.... even if someone recommends raw cheezcake for dinner! ;)
