Hi Raw'r,
I eat Cucumbers ; I sometimes eat Avos, sometimes not. Not at the mo, because it is steamy summer and I feel best on juicy fruit.

Kiani, I just eat those seeds. I try not to crunch them up too much though, as some seeds taste bitter.
I tend to think that small seeds are designed to pass through the digestive system, and then pass out ready fertilized!

Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.
