Suco da Luz do Sol (Sun Light Juice)
This is a wonderful and powerful juice. I made this one this morning with:
- Apples
- Chard greens
- Collar greens
- Watercress
- Cucumber
- Celery
- Broccoli
- Parsley
- Mint
- Sprouted sunflower Seeds
- Taro root
- Ginger root
- Carrot
- Yellow beet
peace out.
