I know this fourum is great because of the people it attracts but not so great to express my artistic me in any way lol
That's why (though it's almost dead these days) I kept my myspace page and use it as a kind of billboard to say what I have to say, well I still keep it simple though.
My weekend should be fun, it's a super sunny day so I will take the kids to the beach in a minute and then they go off with their dad till tomorrow, yay so I will be going out tonight for a change.....Hope you'll have a great one too my lovely.......Take care

Hey Kat... would be sweet to see you in Melbs some time... but for now i'm even closer to ya than ususal hanging out on the Gold Coast so do feel free to get in touch if you're down this way : 0418 417 273 or lucystegley@gmail.com

I've been the opposite. I think I was an idealist all my life, but I've grown far more cynical as I get older. It's hard to see optimism when I see people getting fatter and sicker and the world gets more and more polluted. The more I learn about world politics and globalization, the more I think this planet is doomed. But, hey, I'll do my best to reverse that trend.
You shouldn't feel ashamed to have fallen off the raw wagon. I'm sure that's happened to everyone on here at some point. In fact, it's during those moments that you should get on here, for support and to inspire you back on track. It's great to have you back on here.
As for being raw while it's cold, it honestly doesn't bother me. But if I did want something hot, I'd stick to tea. Grab yourself a cuppa!
Hey Kat, Will be in Brizvegas next weekend i think.. drop us an email if you're around and want to catch up over a smoothie ;-) lucystegley AT gmail.com
I was attracted to your page due to your pic of death, but then read your about me section, and i have chronic fatigue syndrome too. and some minor bits of fibromyalgia
Don't you just love this small, leafy green (online) world? How's Tuesday looking in Brisbane? It's grey and chilly in Melbourne; winter has laid down her picnic blanket and looks set to stay for a while.
How are you finding the transition to raw? At least from a dietary perspective, our paths seem somewhat similar. I've vacillated between the vegetarian and vegan camps since early childhood. Began raw in earnest at the beginning of this year. It's so far been an unexpectedly illuminating journey--who could have anticipated the life-altering powers of salad?!
It's nice to meet (albeit at arm's length!) a fellow Australian raw foodie. The more the merrier--and unquestionably healthier!
Hey.. Brizvegas huh.. nice one... but yeah, Melbz still wins every time! ;-) Look forward to welcoming you south of the border soon and of course having your input in any way with the planned health retreat would be fab. I really wish you well in your path to health.. my neighbour healed himself of chronic fatigue through raw foods so you'll be right soon.. especially if you cut through all the mixed messages out there and read Dr Douglas Graham's 80/10/10 Diet book. Take Care X Lucy
would you say tv programs us because of the advertising? what if we get the shows that are more harmless on a dvd box set or itunes? i do think some shows program us like the reality tv full of morons who reinforce idiocy but i can't help but feel...
i used to when i had cable tv. i loved watching cooking shows with vegetarian food. jamie oliver is great! it actually gives me really good ideas for raw food dishes and i learn alot about combining flavours. once i saw this stuffed tomato and stu...
I think its more like religious (spiritual) people are inclined towards healthy eating (raw foodism/veganism) insomuch as they recognize the value of life (which is worth living)...
and the desire to enhance the quality of that life...

Hello Rene,
With differing health opinions out there, I find it difficult to decide which health choices are best for my family. However, I do feel blessed I came across the R...

Let me know if you ever have any questions.
All my best,
Robby
Where are you in Oz, by the way?
Thanks for the kind words :)
I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to deal with chronic fatigue.
I hope you enjoy the book and you may also enjoy reading about fasting. I recommend Fasting Can Save Your Life by Herbert Shelton.
High Fives,
Robby
Do you know Harley Johnstone from Oz?
Have you read The 80/10/10 Diet?
High Fives,
Robby
