I like my green Japanese like Sencha Ariake or Tamaryokucha... but I would like to get your feedback on why do you thnk black tea is not raw (does the fermentation process involve heat?) - would you consider blue tea raw as well (just bought some organic oolong back from a trip in Taiwan)...
