i love the idea of barefoot running... i have a pair of vibram 5 fingers (google them), which i train in and do my tower races in now.
Hi! Cool, you're not far away, an easy visit I hope!
Superfoods in Munich, there's not all that much, but the basics are here, but I'm getting more goodies in to Saf & I order a lot privately from the UK & US with a good trade discount, so if there's anything you need just let me know. Hope to meet you soon, love xC*
Dita, you're in Bavaria! Whereabouts, in Munich maybe?!
It'd be cool to meet up, there's not much of us around I get the impression, I've just moved here from London.

I feel like I am going back to me roots and eating again like the way nature intended. I'm still in transition but getting closer to my goal.
I want to share this crunchy chocolate topping i usually put on top of raw ice cream. I made it out of 2T coconut oil, 1 T cacao powder and agave to taste. Pour it over the ice cream. Yummm.
Amen, Loren. So do you feel the same way about blending then? The whole fiber is still there with blending so not improving on nature as much as sort of 'pre-chewing', if you will
I'm planning to start enemas too (I think when my roommate will leave next month...). Of course it's unnatural, but we have eaten unnatural for years and years and I believe it can help a lot getting out the waste.
I just wanted to ask, what water...
I have a full size Excalibur that I never use. What an investment huh?
I just found I prefer my fruit n veggies simply prepared, I have little patience for the dehydrator. Ive seen the magical things people prepare with it though, so if you like m...
