Hi Elena, i am in ny! I also juice everyday but just for breakfast! Usually, i am not too hungry for lunch so i just eat some fruit or dates! So, lets exchange phone # and we will become juice feast buddies!! Are you going to purchase all the supplements as well?

I haven't started my juice feast yet to let you know my experience but from what I read you shouldn't have a problem with the restroom. I mean you shouldn't have the runs. I guess everybody's body will react differently. Also on this site as well "Give It To Me Raw" their are support groups with people who have already been through the juice feast.
Cool...are you going to start March 1st? I am! I just want to get all the supplements before i start so i am very ready on the 1st!!! I am really psyched about this!!! Maybe, we can call each other or support each other online!!!

Are there any websites or support groups for the Juice feasting. I have started to read Angela Stokes blog. I wanted to know how other people managed ie do people need to use the toilet often as in my job, I have set break times, quite unlike when I was working in an office.
