Debbie I was noticing the post below, your site is called rawforlife.... perhaps you should come up with something a bit more original, there is already a rawforlife out there, and has been for a while. --> www.RawForLife.com Taking a name that has already established itself is kind of frowned upon, so is talking bad about people on other boards. ;)

We were just in that area 2 weeks ago, but back in Scotland...hopefully, will get back before year end. It's finally warm and sunny for a change on a day off, but we are working in doors.

Hi Debbie! Thanks for your comments. Ha! Too funny. I love working out so I haven't lost weight like a lot of people do going raw. San Clemente is nice. Hope your well and enjoying summer! :)

Yes, that's what I was referring to. It supposedly releases small amounts of chlorine dioxide in the body. Good thing then - it will only do a small amount of damage. At least that's what I think. Its being touted by some raw food sites here also.

I'm sorry. I realize after I wrote it how negative I was being. I think I reacted so strongly because I thought of your post as an attack too. I think we all should be allowed to post things on general chat regardless of our chosen diet. They are all raw diets after all?

I am trying to work on my overall issues with negativity, as per the suggestions of my mentor, who I am studying non violent communication with. I will try to find ways to say what I think that don't make the other person feel guilty, which is a form of violence. Just because others do it doesn't mean I have to.

So I am sorry! Hopefully you will notice a change in my posts as I edit myself better!

What are you doing back here? I am traveling around for a bit. Currently hanging out on the west coast, trying hard not to get into any trouble.

LOL, yes, I do admit a real weakness for raw tacos. Back when I posted that, I was 100% raw (still am), but not paying too much attention to fat intake. I did a 30-day trial of 801010 all last month (May) and felt *really* great. But, I did terribly miss the nutty satisfaction I'd been used to. For me, going from 100%RV to 811RV was probably tougher than most people going from cooked to raw. BUT... I really do like the way I feel on low-fat RV. So, now I just have those delicious tacos as an occasional treat. I guess I'm kind of an almost-811er. Good 2 connect w/ you! -Jim

exactly!!! and not to mention the price of medicines we were using before! and peace of mind! what price would anyone pay for that really?
to be honest being still young at my career and only starting of now i sometimes dont have the money to buy the fruits i am drawn to. but i have also noticed that once i relax the things come easily. it is like flowing into my own being really!
i love the way when my body comes to the right fruits i really dont have to look for any supplements. i was just drawn into a cycle of fear to see my rashes resumed again. i am looking for answers. but now i know it is surely detoxing on a deep level and thus taking time more than usual. some really old gunk coming out and i should not be afraid. and it should clear on its own right time in the perfect ways.

you are always deeply wise and inspiring Debbie. thank you for being you ~~~

Thank you so much for the great article on instinctive fruit eating on your blog. i was doing some experiment to cure my leg rashes and as suggested by some gave up my "high carb fruits" as against desire. they just flared up even more in no time at all. i was just looking for answers and on the experiment. whatever it was giving up my fruits never helped that at all.
back to my instinctive self.
oh yes and the price hike on some favorite fruits is one of the ways i sabotage having my favorites :p :p Thanks for pointing that out too! i would stay on self love over all. it is difficult at times but you are definitely eye-opening. thank you for everything!
