If you are going to try the Cold negi soba, please use fresh shitake and kombu:-) Otherwise not very nice... or you can use other sea vegetables that you like?

I'm definitely too much in the beginning stages for super affects but I'm excited to see what happens. Have you noticed changes? I'm assuming you've been eating raw or mostly raw for some time then!

Nice to have you around;) GI2MR is the Rawgreatest community, i feel in my world around raw people, Satoko is a Japanese name, is that right? i like Japanese people :) i don't know why:) but since i was a little kid i loved Japanese people, there's something about them that makes them unique, and of course Japanese people are smart and of course i love Japanese girls, black hair black eyes :) just in love.
