hey man, hope the waves are treating ya well out east. it's been pretty sick here in the new year...consistent 4-5' days and 85 degrees, who needs the tropics haha? but anyways saw you're headed to hawaii so let me know if you need any info i was just there on the big island like 2 months back. i'm headed to asia in march, so looks like none of us made it to CR! i'm still game for it someday though, so keep in touch and enjoy paradise
so, checking out hawaii rather than costa rica? you'll have to let me know how it is. i am planning some sort of wwoofing adventure for the summer and will probably go to hawaii and costa rica. or maybe i'll love hawaii so much and never want to leave... we'll see!
That one photo you have is better than mine! I hear you are planning to come to Hawai'i. The waves are a lot different here. More powerful perhaps. You'll see. Just ate some fresh Durian today. Better than expected.
Look forward to meeting you. There is a need for us all to come together despite skin color here but it may take the boats not coming anymore and alot of trauma and then learning about how to return to the nature and permaculture. The Island of Hawaii county counsel decided unaimously yesterday that Hawaii has been ilegally taken by the Americans and should be returned. Maybe that will change some things energetically but you can assume that there may be lokalism just like on any surf beach not necessarily because of skin color just ego in nature... what a bizare thing but it persists... aloha
yeah I'm actually going to Hawaii too! but not through wwoof. I turn 18 in March and will probably make my way out there in mid-March/early April. So maybe I'll see you out there sometime and you can give me some tips on surfing

I have yet to surf,but am looking forward to trying it out. I am 17 and have my GED so I'm not in school. I'm basically just waiting till I turn 18 so I can start adventuring out on my own and trying new things. Living life, baby!

Ya, the job is tons of fun. Almost like vacation everyday. We take kids snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, rock climbing.and then we teach a few labs. On our time off we usually go on Scuba or surfing adventures. The only downside is the food they serve (so I have an interesting time working around that), but I do have an orange tree outside my door!
What is it that you do? other than playing all the time! (or so it appears)
I've been doing some "research" on ear candling, and have found three different reports:
1) it's great, feels great, and really helps to clear out the sinuses/lymphs
2) it feels great, but that's just the warmth and it doesn't actually do anything...
