Yeah, emergencies are definitely sexier than plain ol' floor medicine but I can't really work here. Have you ever heard Latvian?? Sheesh...I'm hoping to work in A/E back home or maybe the UK. Who knows...perhaps raw food will have made a decent rooting by now.. didn't that Gordon Ramsey do a raw food episode? (Did I just admit I watch Gordon Ramsey??..please turn off the lights)

You should also make a trip to the Blossoming Lotus, which got me hooked on raw. They offer a selection of raw items, and my favorite is the taco salad. Btw, what are images 2 & 5, they both look very tasty. 5 look likes a portabello, but what all is in it? Did you do anything to the mushroom itself? I tried a mushroom sandwich seasoned with shoyu topped with onion and onion bread. I was only able to finish 3/4 of it. Normally I like mushrooms, but I do normally have them cooked too ;)
