Hey Coconut Queen, how have you been? I just picked up three boxes yesterday from chinatown.Your right there's nothing like opening your own coconut; need to get a tree so I can start picking my own coco's. You going to be in NY memorial weeked, the BAM festival is coming up 23,24,25.
IoI.. prefer the real ones as well, but I'm in NY and the green nuts are only there in the summer.

you read my comments about coconuts in chinatown? My supply rarely comes from there. I like green coconuts from florida or back home in jamaica. I "tolerate" the thai coconuts but they are not my favorite. If i could get them fresh as in within a day or 2 from coming off the ship i would change my mind about that.
If i had an IV filled with coconut water stuck to my arm I would die happy

The base was cashews,lemon juice,vanilla,pinch of pink salt agave. Raspberries,maple syrup,blended and strained.
Swirl the two mixtures together then frezze.
I'm glad to hear all is well with everyone. Btw. I have to agree with the other comments, your food looks divine. I know personally that it is delicious as well but visually it is so beautiful.
