Great skydiving photos... I need to do that soon! I love dancing too; I did a documentary on a Salsa instructor here in LA (Alex DaSilva, he's been on "So You Think You Can Dance?" on Fox), and over the course of 4 months I learned how to dance and it's amazing! I think Tango is next :) What kind of dancing do you like?

Hi Olessia,
>$3 for the cocos:)))
That sounds like a fine price to me. Did that price include scooping out the meat for you and giving it to you in a little bag? I was pretty blown away by that level of service for the price when I was in Mexico.
>You're planning on traveling to Brazil?
No, I was just curious. By the way did you know that in 5 years China will surpass the US economy, two years later India, and two years after that Brazil? I heard that on the radio today (http://www.garynull.progressiveradionetwork.org/).
I remember you from cilantro and ranchos....you are friend of Angie-Big-Hugger...and you look Slavic yes...as well I could tell you look nice too : )...you remind me some of my eastern European friends...with that open mind fearless kind of being that they brought back from home...some forgot...

hahaha. any time. &yeah, youd probably find it tough to start with 5T a day. also, see how your body likes it. my body likes a lot of protein, so i crave things like algaes, pollen &hemp. you might not need or want as much, &thats fine :)
hey!!! , mmmmm, life just wouldnt be as good without seaveggies. haha. i think it would be so much fun to harvest &dry my own. as for the spirulina-- i definitely didnt start out eating that much, hah. its something you need to ease your way into, for sure. mostly, i eat it in salad dressing. salads are my favourite type of meal, i usually have 2-4 a day, and they are usually made of various greens with a whole mix of sprouts, or sometimes just the sprouts, maybe some leeks or chives for kick. i found the key to spirulina (for me!) is to mix it with apple cider vinegar.. another daily favourite of mine, im lost without it! its done wonders for upping my HCL levels too. so ill mix the ACV &spirulina with some oil (hemp!) &voila. sooo easy. im not big into lots of prep. add some spice if youd like.... i used to use cayenne but im big into turneric right now. then i usually coat the salad in dulse or kelp-- double seaveg whammy! tip- if the spirulina is still too strong for you, add a few drops of stevia extract... the sweetness changes the taste completely, you might like it better.
bless!

I had that problem for a while. I do either of two things now:
1) Make a nut milk based smoothie with blueberries/strawberries/blackberries, some cacao, and Nature's First Law Green powder with some vanilla and agave. That tastes amazing and is heavy
2) Using a juicer - I juice 2 apples, 1 celery, 1 cucumber, and 1/3 bunch of spinach or kale. Thats palatable.
Nice to find more sparks of continue transformation...pure fun stuff... I see those are all over...
... so much vibrant energy jump up my clables! I like it, then I can dance more and more everyday...happy switch...
