There is no rural area in Costa Mesa. It's all ultra-modern and sophisticated areas with latest specialty shops and theaters. Disneyland in Anaheim is not too far from there. If you get a chance and some time, you should go to Laguna Beach which is so fantastic. However, Newport Beach, the beach of the rich and the famous and Huntington Beach are nearby. Santa Ana is a nearby city which is full of Mexicans, if you are interested in Mexican culture. Irvine is also a nearby city, which is quite modern and has world headquarters of Taco Bell.
I was living in Costa Mesa. Newport Beach is the nearest beach, just 5-10 miles away from Costa Mesa. I have many fond memories of Costa Mesa. You would love it. There are many raw food restaurants in Costa Mesa. Please bring some pictures of the city to help me revive good old memories.

I used to live and work in Orange County before. I also used to live in Orange City and some other cities of Orange County before. I loved the places. You would love the cities. Are you going to visit Disneyland in Anaheim? Times Square and now Disneyland....vow! you are travelling this summer. I would love seeing some of the pics of your Orange oCounty visit. I used to love Huntington Beach in Ornge County. Let me know which places you visit, so I can refresh my memory.

Oh it was amazing. You should have said fcuk school and come anyway haha. The lecture ended up being 4 1/2 hrs long and meeting him was really nice. There was way more people there than confirmed on meetup.com. Probably close to 100.

I can never forget how glittery and dazzling Tinmes Square looks like at night time. I would crave for night life at Times Square. I have seen Cnntral Park entrnace, but never had a chance to explore the way you all friends did. However, your fountain picture I stored as my favorite; so, whenever I want to visit that fountain, I can go and see your smiling face and visit fountain at the same time. What are your plans for California? Are you travelling north or south and are you accompanying your friends? If you love beaches, you would love Calif; and I know you love beaches. Enjoy the remaining summer, my friend.
Yeah I'm going to that! I'm also bringing 2 non vegan non raw foodies, being my parents. They listen to me a little bit about good food but hopefully they'll listen to David more. That's how I got into raw food, I stumbled upon one of his videos on youtube by accident and I was hooked! I guess I'll see you there :)

Yup, my garden has gronw beautifully, especially the roses are so colorful..four different colors...and yes, watermelons are growing too. Plus, may vegetables and greens and so many other flowers....
How many days did you stay in NYC? Where did you stay? I cannot wait to go back to that city. It never ceases to amaze me. Were your friends from Troroto or from NYC? Did you have nice time in Manhattan? I am positive you would have beautiful time in California too.
Hey, I went to the Belfountain spring on friday so I thought I'd fill you in. The water is amazing! It's so cold and fresh. It doesn't seem too hard or too soft either. The total dissolved solids weren't listed on findaspring.com but the pH is 6.9 which is pretty sweet. I've never put anything cleaner and fresher in my mouth. Totally worth the 2hrs total travel time
YOur pics with your friends at Central Park are great, especially those near the fountain. vow! I haven't travelled in a while. How is Toronto? Any raw meetups and stiff like that? Are there many farmers' market or co-ops over there?

This movie is shot in Brampton, Ontario. Thsi movie was featured in Canadian Int'l Movie Festival. Have you watched any movie by Deepa Mehta? She is a Canadian movie director.
You say you don't have a camera. Well, feminine eyes are billion times more glamorous than the best picture that a camera can produce!! I planted roses, peas, blueberries and spinach. Thinking about planting watermelons now. How is your weekend coming along? How is Toronto? Any long weekend plan?

Beautiful that you did some planting. it's not some...its planting in a big way...gotta send me pics when the plants bloom and you happen to enjoy fresh produce out of self-planted plants....you may parcel samples for tasting purpose also :)
