The transition back to food was easy. I didn't have a problem. I think it was time to go back to food because my skin was getting very dry. One week later, after having some avocados, my skin never looked better! LOL Yes, Lulu is raw and loving it. I always gave her a little raw meat and some raw marrow bones so she has easily adapted to it.
How have you been? I am back to eating food though I still drink 1-2 quarts of juice a day. I transitioned my dog to a 100% raw food diet over the weekend. She loves it.
Jill- I actually feel better doing 3 quarts juice and either a green smoothie or salad or soup. My skin looks better too! LOL. I figure for the next 2 months I can handle doing this without a problem. It has been so cold in NYC this year so doing a juice feast in the winter was probably not the way to go. LOL. I think it helps to do a JF in the summer. Anyway, it's been a full week since I started a modified juice feast and I feel a lot better.
Thanks, Jill. I have been able to complete 30 days on the JF. Pete has been keeping me company on it. One of the things I learned is that is seems harder to do a complete juice feast when it is so cold out! We are both going on a modified juice feast to complete the 92 juice feast. I will be adding in a soup or green smoothie and still consume 2-3 qrts of juice. I feel great and I have started getting colonics done. I am adding in exercise now. It probably would have been better to start a juice feast in the summer. But, all is going well.

I think the event we met them at in San Fran was a Conscious Living Expo about 5 years ago. We ended up with Rods kont, Rods Quartz and Rods crystal. I like the Rods Crystal mostly.

Love your fave books, esp 2012: Atlantean Revelations by Sri Ram Kaa and Kira Raa. I met them in San Fran a few years ago and got a lot of their wares including all 3 sets of Egyptian Healing Rods too. A beautiful couple indeed. I assume you have met them too?

DAy 6 and evrtything is still mighty juicy! LOL So far so well. I did find the grapefruit-cranberry juice to be very powerful. It took me awhile to get it all down. Then again., I made 3 quarts of it yesterday. I have to get use to the consistency of the juice since it was a little bit thicker than what I am use to.
I am on Day 3 and feeling good! LOL I also got a membership to ww.juicefeastng.com and the information is excellent, especially the downloads and the articles.

Hahaha... good question! I suppose we (my friend and I who shared it) felt like that was the theme of the weekend! Everyone was high off life and sharing so much love with everyone... a platonic love that is- very pure! :)
