Hi Amy, I saw that you are in Ossining. I am in Croton. We are really close. I sent you a friend request but thought I'd be able to send a comment with it. Maybe we should picnic sometime!
Yes, actually, I do have a rather brilliant idea in my head for breaking out of here. I just want to make sure I think this completely through, because once I leave, I'm burning all my bridges and never coming back.
That's really interesting about the crick in the neck. And what's up with this ice cream and bread nonsense? Are you eating both together? Talk about an ice cream sandwich. (Speaking of which, Cafe Gratitude in Cali supposedly has the best raw ice cream sandwiches ever.)
So you down for some durian frozen pudding sometime this week at Bonobos?
You know what's funny? I was actually have that thought the other day that it's been a long time since I've gotten a crick in my neck. Let's hope it stays that way and I didn't just jinx myself.
What have you been doing with yourself? Are you working... taking any classes?
Wall-E was awesome. You have to see it. Very much in keeping with our themes as raw foodists: anti-corporate, anti-junk food, pro-environment, pro-exercise. I really enjoyed the movie a lot.

As for meetups, there was a potluck this past weekend in the Bronx. I think the NY meetup group is doing dinner and a movie this coming weekend: seeing the film Wall-E and then dinner at Caravan of Dreams.
Watch all three nights online. Some great info was given, but seemed like it was all about getting people to buy more and more products. All I know is that they made a TON of money.
I irrigate my nose with salt water after almost every shift. I use a little bit of salt with my toothpaste every now and again. My silver fillings are pretty stable and I've noticed a metallic taste in my mouth whenever I use salt so I don't. Clov...
I believe that the body can heal itself if given the support. I'm a nurse in a nursing home and I've seen the body cling to life no matter how much poison is thrown at it.
Sounds ridiculous to me. Anyone actually older and experiencing longevity there? I doubt it. I live out in the country in the general direction of God's fart zone and perhaps that's better than getting caught up in this sort of materialistic stuff...
hi honey,
we did an experiment in school with ear candles. we set up one with a real person, followed directions perfectly...set up another the same way but instead of putting it in someones ear we just held it against a pillow...both candles had...
