oh dude, i totally discovered your website the week before xmas... and as a result I had a very enjoyable dining experience.
Seriously good recipes.
I love that they are quite quick and easy, and don't involve days of preparation.
Im new to Raw and am jut blown away by sonme of your recipes - they look so yummy. Looking forward to my dehydrator arriving. Hope to attend your classes someday.
I have tried your Thai wraps----even taught a food prep class using them, your Mediterranean Almond Bread--- (have some folks who want it for part of their wedding) and made your Pomegranate Cheese cake for a client's birthday.
Your food is : Metzuyon!!!! (Excellent) I always enjoy making them and
having no problem selling them. Here in Eretz Israel, the raw food craze is just catching on---- moving quite quickly, I may add.
Would love to exchange friendship

I love the emails you've sent me. Thanks for the amazing recipes. I wish I had more time to play in the kitchen with them. Eventually I will, thanks again.
Hey! Thanks so much for all the wonderful food you made for us the other week - it was amazing. I miss having my own personal chef... You were an inspiration. Hope to hook with you again some time. My business is taking shape, it is all very exciting! Much love xxx
I love your website (I really do - everything looks so incredible) but was wondering if you have a cookbook available? I'd be interested in purchasing one if you do. And yeah, I'd like to join the Church of Russell James too and be a taste tester! :-D
I'm thinking about starting the Church of Russell James. You would be the Pope Chef. I would be the Most Excellent Taster Extroadinare, heading up the North America Diocese. Whaddayathink?
You make some incredible, amazing dishes! We love your Mediterranean bread. I tried making the nut-free version but didn't take care of the buckwheat like I should have while it was sprouting that it ended up going bad. :( Oh well. I'll give it another go. I'm sure it's just as delicious as the other. Your lasagna and a couple of desserts are on my list. Thanks for the recipes and inspiration.

I actually made my dad a picture using that quote as his Christmas present this year.
