i made this balling dish last night
it took FOREVER but worth it
-half a spaghetti squash including the middle pulpy stuff -minus the seeds.
-grape tomatoes, mashed and beaten by me
-sprouts, multiple kinds
-hemp seeds
-flax oil
-love
then i squished it all together and it was very filling and tasty and good.hard work though
Ok I wanted to give you the recipe earlier but the comp froze and English paper writing took over. So this is based on what Opera singing Michelle told me.
Israeli Style Hummus
Half of it is cashew nuts and the other half sesame seeds, then you must add these ingredients according to your conscience and intution. Celtic Sea Salt, Garlic, Cumin, Cayenne, Parsley, Lemon and olive oil. You'll also need to add water to soften the mixture and keep it from forming a ball. Also its best to put the garlic in first after the nuts and seeds bc Ive found it wont mix otherwise (unless you use crushed garlic).
Thanks, my head finally stopped hurting, but Im feeling achy. I just got hungry now, so I think Im going to go get some fruit to juice and maybe an odwalla...kind of tempted to go to Arnolds...

I made young coconut, chocolate, durian pudding. I filled the blender from just one durian. I had better luck with the second one. It just opened naturally and I was able to open all of its folds, it was sooooo cool looking. I have so much I feel like Ill be eating durian all week, still need to open the second one! Mom wouldn't try it, she couldn't get past the smell...haha!
Luke warm water(plain water) enema is good, but you can add a table spoon of salt to the water before using.
You may even boil the water with some neem leafs and then "leave the water for sometime so that it cools and comes down to room temperatu...

Amen, Loren. So do you feel the same way about blending then? The whole fiber is still there with blending so not improving on nature as much as sort of 'pre-chewing', if you will
