I'm new to this community and trying to find other people who have Crohn's and are raw :) I'm just starting out as a raw vegan but I was wondering how you started off, and how did you deal with the medication side of it. I have so many questions I hope you have some free time to answer them for me :)

The doc want me to keep a to week diary on things, he did not give me anything either, me hormone results all fine, must be me just being a basket case all the time!

Hi Babes how you doing?, just a quick one will phone you this weekend, been hellish two weeks for me my Nan had a stroke & she lives up in London so I've been left to organise everything to et her back hear, worn out ! when up to London to visit her two days after she collapsed, first time I saw her in 12 years, she was so made up to see me. I have come to one conclusion though I hate LONDON!!! Its MENTAL, got blooming lost in the tube station, so stressful there couldn't handle it lol!!!

Going through detox at mo, keep getting hot flushes, eye is streaming sore, ridding of horrid stuff, rash, sore gums, all a bit mental!
Been working so blooming hard lately, back at the shop tomorrow I'll try and ring tomorrow eve if I don't get back too late.
Sounds like you are feeling good with all your gym workouts.

I did a castor pack last night, just taking it easy for rest of the eve.

Just got back in from shop, the owner is now thinking of closing as she is not making even the rent sometimes, she said its only my stuff selling, so going to have too see how it goes, was thinking maybey somehow I might be able to take it over, well have to wait and see!!!

I've been doing some "research" on ear candling, and have found three different reports:
1) it's great, feels great, and really helps to clear out the sinuses/lymphs
